Position: Quality Supervisor

Location: Zaroli - Vapi

Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Industries: Automobile

Responsibilities:
Monitor and control the painting process.
Conduct in-process and final inspections of painted parts.
Identify and resolve paint defects (Dust, Lint, Orange Peel, Cissing, Run Down, etc.).
Maintain daily rejection and rework data.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Apply root cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues.
Guide and train inspectors to strengthen quality standards.
Ensure compliance with 5S and safety practices.
Conduct product and process audits.
Track and improve PPM (Parts Per Million) performance.
Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
Maintain accurate quality documentation.

Required Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Plastic/Mechanical
