Required Skills
Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
Expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and rate analysis.
Knowledge of contract administration and tendering procedures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX, Bluebeam, or similar QS software.
