Develop and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data transformation pipelines.
Create executive-level KPI, project, portfolio, and governance dashboards.
Manage project planning, resource tracking, capacity planning, risk monitoring, and roadmap reporting.
Develop advanced reporting solutions using Jira APIs, JQL, and Power BI integrations.
Automate reporting and data extraction processes using Python scripting.
Collaborate with business, engineering, quality, and leadership teams to define reporting and analytics strategies.
Establish BI governance, reporting standards, and best practices.
Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
