Ensuring contracts are drafted in compliance with NEC standard clauses, with explicit definition of scope, insurances, payment terms, compensation events, and programme submissions.
Assisting with precontract tender processes, including tender assessments, clarifications, and preparation of contract award recommendation reports.
Managing commercial inputs into the procurement process and supporting the development and agreement of procurement strategies.
Preparing NEC contracts using detailed compliance checklists.
Supporting the preparation of standard documentation, including reports, correspondence,



and financial statements.
Assisting with quantity surveying tasks, tender analysis, and preparation of tender reports.
Taking ownership of contract documentation support with a proactive, solutionoriented approach.
Proactively managing project and programme commercial risks and ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are implemented.
Building and maintaining robust client relationships across the organisation.
Supporting internal documentation and ensuring trackers and records are accurately maintained and kept up to date.
