About the Role

We're looking for a high-ownership RPO Implant to be deployed at a client location in Mumbai. This role is not about basic sourcing — it's about owning hiring delivery end-to-end, influencing stakeholders, and driving closure in a rapid-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (requirement intake sourcing closure)
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role nuances and urgency
Build strong internal stakeholder relationships and become the go-to hiring SPOC
Drive quality pipelines, not just volume




Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) and consistent closures
Maintain process hygiene (ATS updates, reporting, tracking)
Proactively solve hiring challenges — not escalate everything

What We're Looking For
3–5 years of recruitment experience (Agency/RPO preferred)
Strong experience in client-facing or on-site roles
Ability to handle pressure, multiple roles, and demanding stakeholders
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
High accountability and ownership mindset
Experience hiring for IT / Tech / SAP roles
