Installation & Commissioning of new equipment and hand over to customer.
Provide training for operational &maintenance; of machine to operator & maintenance person .
Handle customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem and provide appropriate solutions to solve the problem.
Manage customer calls and Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media or onsite.
Generate spares parts leads
Qualification / Skill :
Diploma/ Degree in mechanical with experience in related field or equivalent.
Solid problem solving skills and Ability to work well in a team workplace.
Must be able to understand drawing .
Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.
Valuable Verbal and written communication skill.
