Key Responsibilities
Drive direct sales of demat accounts under the sub-broking partnership with Arihant Capital.
Assist in margin collection for equity, commodity, and currency segments.
Generate revenue through brokerage and ensure consistent account activation.
Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve targets (applicable for experienced hires).
Educate and advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends.
Handle and resolve customer concerns and queries efficiently.
Execute cross-selling of value-added products (including training products).
Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream.
Prior experience in Broking, Investment Advisory, Algo or Financial Services is preferred.
Skills Required
Solid knowledge of stock market operations and products.
Target-driven with a proactive sales mindset.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to market dynamics.
Robust marketing and persuasion abilities.
