Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and field training for freshers.
Train candidates on commercial vehicle products, features and applications.
Explain sales processes, customer handling, negotiation and objection handling.
Provide product and competitor comparison training.
Develop communication, presentation and sales skills.
Assess trainees through tests, role plays and field activities.
Provide coaching and feedback to improve trainee performance.
Support trainees in transitioning from classroom training to field sales.
