Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Custom Development: Design, architect, and implement high-performance, maintainable solutions using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Schedulable), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Integrations & APIs: Design and maintain complex REST/SOAP integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (e.g., ERP, payment gateways, marketing automation platforms, MuleSoft).
Technical Leadership & Code Reviews: Conduct rigorous code reviews to enforce best practices, secure coding standards, governor limit optimization, and maintain low technical debt across the team.
Declarative & Automation Guidance: Partner with Salesforce Admins to balance custom code vs. declarative tools (Flows, Process Builders) to build scalable, low-maintenance workflows.
DevOps & Release Management: Oversee CI/CD deployment pipelines using SFDX, Git, and automation platforms (e.g., Copado, AutoRABIT, Jenkins) across multi-tier sandbox topologies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Business Analysts to translate high-level business goals into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience:



5 to 8 years of dedicated, skilled software development experience on the Salesforce platform.
Core Technical Expertise:
Advanced proficiency in Apex (Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, asynchronous processing, and governor limits mitigation).
Hands-on mastery of Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Web Component standards.
Deep experience with SOQL/SOSL query optimization and handling large data volumes (LDV).
Expertise in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API, Pub/Sub API).
Integrations & Data: Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications and middleware solutions.
DevOps & Tools: Robust command of SFDX, Git version control, deployment pipelines, and workplace management.
Testing: Demonstrated commitment to unit testing (minimum 85%+ coverage requirement) and test-driven development.
