Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Anakapalli region. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and developing robust client relationships within the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base in Anakapalli.

Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing training and performance feedback.

Identify and cultivate recent business opportunities, including market research and lead generation.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Robust understanding of the Anakapalli market and local business landscape.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Results-oriented with a robust business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Anakapalli region as required.
