We are looking for a Senior Associate – SAP SuccessFactors BTP Integrations with 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors and HR technology consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and deliver SAP SuccessFactors/HCM solutions.
Design, develop, and support SuccessFactors–BTP integrations.
Work with clients to optimize HR processes and provide effective technical solutions.
Support integration testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide client-facing support.
Contribute to process improvement, project delivery, and team management.
Key Skills:
SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM
SAP BTP Integration / Integration Suite
SuccessFactors integrations and APIs
Employee Central and other SF modules
Business process understanding and requirements analysis
Integration troubleshooting and support
Client/stakeholder management
Solid communication and analytical skills
Preferred:
SAP SuccessFactors/SAP HCM certification
Experience with Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals
HR transformation or consulting experience
