Role Description:

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive who will provide day-to-day sales administration and customer support while also taking responsibility for developing and managing a small portfolio of 3–4 clients.

The role will be a combination of Sales Support, Customer Relationship Management, Lead Generation, and Business Development. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable communicating with customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop customer and prospect databases.
Handle vendor registrations and coordinate related documentation.
Manage existing customer relationships and follow up on enquiries.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for pricing and proposals.




Generate current leads and proactively reach out to potential customers.
Send marketing emails and follow up with prospective customers.
Support day-to-day sales administration, reporting, and documentation.
Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and sales opportunities to support business growth.

Key Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust follow-up and coordination abilities.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Proactive, organized, and customer-focused.
Previous experience in sales support, inside sales is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Undri, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
