We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing freight forwarding team in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and generate leads.
Acquire recent customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Handle sales for Air Freight, Sea Freight, FCL, LCL, Import & Export shipments.
Prepare quotations and negotiate rates with customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with Operations and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment handling.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending business opportunities.
Identify market opportunities and develop current customer accounts.




Maintain regular customer visits and build long-term business relationships.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Sales.
Strong knowledge of Air & Sea Freight, Import & Export, FCL & LCL.
Existing customer/industry contacts will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Target-oriented and capable of independently developing business.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and email communication.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
