About the Role

Voltek Engineering is looking for an experienced Business Development Engineer to drive business growth across Government and Private Infrastructure Projects, with a focus on Water & Wastewater and Electrical Projects.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Government and Private sectors.
Generate business for WTP, STP, Pumping Stations, Water & Wastewater and Infrastructure Projects.
Identify upcoming projects and convert opportunities into orders.
Develop strong relationships with Government Departments, Private Clients, Consultants, EPC Contractors and Key Decision-Makers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with Engineering and Estimation teams for technical and commercial proposals.
Manage the complete sales cycle from chance identification to project closure.




Maintain long-term client relationships and achieve business targets.

Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

What We’re Looking For A result-oriented skilled with solid project sales and business development experience, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to independently develop new business opportunities and convert them into successful projects. Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
