Key Responsibilities
Provide professional haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and grooming services.
Perform hair colouring, highlighting, smoothening, keratin, and other hair treatments.
Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
Conduct hair and scalp assessments and suggest appropriate care routines.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and client safety.
Handle premium/VIP clients professionally and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest hairstyles, techniques, products, and trends.
Maintain and properly use salon/clinic equipment and tools.
Support junior hairstylists through training and guidance.
Maintain client records and communicate treatment after-care instructions.
Achieve assigned service and revenue targets.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of up-to-date haircutting and hairstyling techniques.
Good knowledge of hair colouring and chemical treatments.
Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
Ability to understand face shape, hair type, and client preferences.
Leadership and team-management skills.
Skilled grooming and a positive attitude.
Qualification
Any relevant Hairdressing / Cosmetology certification preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant hairstyling experience preferred.
