Lead architectural design and development for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Develop conceptual designs, schematic designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
Prepare and review plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detail drawings.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.
Review drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy, quality, and design intent.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams.
Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
Review material samples, shop drawings, mock-ups, and finishes where required.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design coordination.
Lead and mentor junior architects and design team members.
Communicate with clients and understand their design requirements and expectations.
Present design concepts and proposals to clients and management.
Ensure projects maintain high standards of design quality, functionality, and execution.




Coordinate with vendors and consultants when required.
Participate in design reviews, progress meetings, and project coordination meetings.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction practices.
Excellent understanding of space planning, materials, detailing, and building construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or other relevant design software is preferred.
Solid understanding of architectural drawings and technical documentation.
Valuable knowledge of building codes, regulations, and approval processes.
Robust project management and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to design quality.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
