We have an urgent opening for the position of Senior Project Engineer /Asst. Project Manager for one of our reputed builder clients in Borivali (W), Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute construction of civil works, infrastructure and services at project sites.
Reports to Project Manager.
Flair for execution, expediting through careful construction planning, coordination and site control.
Quality and safety conscious and systems oriented.
Proactive with contractors and for timely inputs of engineering, material, machinery, equipment and labour.
Leads team of engineers and supervisors.
Advises contractors and staff on all technical matters.
Aware of local construction regulations.

Candidates profile
Degree or diploma in civil engineering from a recognized university with more than 10 years of work experience at sites in residential or commercial real estate high-rise projects in Mumbai.
Valuable communication skills, both written and verbal.
