Roles & Responsibilities
Build and review detailed financial models, including valuation models, scenario analysis, and financial projections.
Prepare business plans, management presentations, investment teasers, and board-level presentations.
Analyse historical financial statements, business performance, operational metrics, and forecast assumptions to identify key risks, prospects, and value drivers.
Support the execution of inbound M&A; opportunities, including target screening, investor/client coordination, process management, and transaction tracking.
Assist in managing the end-to-end acquisition process, including NDA execution, information flow, due diligence coordination, valuation assessment, term sheet support, SPA/SSA process tracking, and closing activities.
Coordinate with clients, investors, lenders, legal advisors, tax advisors, diligence teams, and other transaction stakeholders.
Conduct industry, company, and market research to support transaction evaluation and strategic decision-making.
Support preparation of transaction-related analysis, presentations, and reports for clients and senior management.
Track transaction timelines, deliverables,



and key action items to ensure smooth execution of live deals.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of transaction milestones

Candidate Profile / Qualification
CA / CFA / CA Inter / equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
47 years of relevant experience in M&A; Advisory, Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Strategic Advisory.
Solid hands-on experience in financial modelling and valuation.
Proven experience in preparing business plans, management presentations, and client-facing materials.
Prior experience in M&A; transaction execution, including due diligence, valuation, term sheets, SPA/SSA, and closing workstreams.
Robust understanding of financial statements, business performance, operational metrics, and financial analysis.
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions/workstreams and coordinate effectively with clients and external advisors.
