Responsibilities:
Pitching the company profile and services before reputed clients
Onboard current clients with the company
Source Business in the form of open positions for recruitment or Strategic HR consultation projects from business houses.
Bulk hiring, telecaller hiring, third-party staffing, or temp hiring would not be considered successful prospects for business sourcing.

Candidate Profile:

Mid-aged professionals, willing to spend a few hours, want to make a comeback into corporate post-career breaks.

Presently working as suppliers/vendors to reputed corporate houses.

Should possess positive communication skills both verbal and written.

Should be hands-on in using zoom/Google Meet etc for conferencing

Should possess good contacts in the corporate world.
