Kharesiya Brands Pvt. Ltd. is a rapid-growing D2C and e-commerce company with multiple consumer brands across marketplaces and digital platforms. We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
Write compelling captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative content.
Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
Manage daily posting schedules and ensure brand consistency.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages professionally.
Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and branding teams for campaign execution.
Stay updated with platform algorithms and industry best practices.





Required Skills
Experience managing business social media accounts.
Valuable understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar social media tools.
Ability to analyze social media insights and performance metrics.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Experience with D2C, retail, or e-commerce brands will be an added advantage.
