Senior Vice President - Commercial Banking

We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President - Commercial Banking to lead our Commercial Banking operations in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Lending, Loan booking, Funding, and Commercial banking operations, with a proven track record of Loan Fulfillment.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Commercial Banking operations in Chennai, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategy and goals.
Develop and implement effective Commercial Lending strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
Manage a team of professionals to achieve loan booking targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, and maintain a strong risk management culture within the team.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and economic conditions to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements
Minimum 18 years of experience in Commercial Banking,



with a strong background in Commercial Lending, Loan booking, Funding, and Commercial banking operations.
Proven track record of Loan Fulfillment, with a robust understanding of credit risk management and loan origination processes.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including loan products, cash management, and trade finance.
