Roles and Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow statement, supplier management, vendor reconciliation, profit & loss account, trial balance, and cash flow management.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions to maintain a healthy cash position.
Prepare monthly MIS reports on accounts finalization and provide insights for business decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales) to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize payment terms.
Monitor vendor payments and ensure compliance with company policies.
