Key Responsibilities:
Lead Supply Chain Planning transformation and consulting engagements
Drive S&OP;, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, and Integrated Planning initiatives
Manage client relationships, project delivery, and stakeholder expectations
Support business development, solution design, and account growth
Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management initiatives

Required Skills:
Experience in Supply Chain Consulting / Transformation / Planning
Robust expertise in at least two areas: S&OP;, Integrated Planning, Demand Planning,



Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Dispatch Planning
Domain experience in FMCG, Automotive, or Chemicals industry
Solid communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9, Anaplan, or Blue Yonder
Knowledge of SQL and Power BI
Consulting experience with a reputed firm

Educational Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech. + MBA (Preferred: IIM, XLRI, SP Jain, ISB, FMS, NITIE or equivalent premier institutes)
