Team Leader

Experience: 1.5–2 Years

Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month

Languages Required: Telugu, Hindi & Kannada

Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
Motivate team members and maintain a positive working environment.
Train and guide recent and existing team members.
Track daily work, attendance, productivity, and performance.
Resolve team-related issues and coordinate with management.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide updates to management.
Ensure company policies and work processes are followed.

Requirements
1.5–2 years of experience in a Team Leader or similar supervisory role.




Positive communication and leadership skills.
Must be able to communicate in Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada.
Ability to manage a team and achieve targets.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to take responsibility.
