Job Summary

We are a Pune-based distributor of industrial lubricants, metalworking fluids, cutting oils and coolants supplying to machine shops, foundries and manufacturing industries.

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial lubricant sales, metalworking fluids, machining applications or technical sales to manufacturing customers.

The role combines customer handling, product application support, troubleshooting and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Visit machine shops, foundries and manufacturing customers in Pune and nearby industrial areas.
Promote industrial lubricants, cutting oils, coolants and metalworking fluids.
Understand customer machining processes and recommend suitable products.
Provide application support and basic troubleshooting related to coolant performance, tool life and machining issues.
Develop recent customers and increase business from existing accounts.
Coordinate with distributors, stores and service teams for timely supply and support.
Conduct product trials and follow up on trial performance.
Prepare visit reports, sales updates and customer feedback.

Required Experience
3+ years of experience in any of the following:




Industrial lubricants
Metalworking fluids / cutting oils / coolants
Technical sales to machine shops or foundries
B2B industrial product sales
Experience working with distributors or industrial customers will be preferred.

Educational Qualification
Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Production, Automobile or related engineering discipline.

Desired Skills
Good communication and customer interaction skills.
Understanding of machining and manufacturing processes.
Ability to conduct product trials and explain technical benefits.
Willingness to travel locally within Pune and surrounding industrial areas.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.

₹4,00,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum (based on relevant experience)
