Position : Technical Support Executive - School

Key Responsibilities
Assisting the school with ERP-related queries and day-to-day operational support.
Coordinating with the respective teams at Entab for timely issue resolution.
Acting as a bridge between Greenwood Schools and Entab.
Ensuring timely escalation and follow-up of issues, wherever required.
Providing basic guidance, training, and handholding to school staff for effective ERP usage.
Monitoring recurring issues and coordinating with Entab to ensure their closure.
He should also support in any other IT related tasks assigned by the HOD or school

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
