Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain good relationships with customers.

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products, services, offers, and company information to customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Build valuable relationships with customers through professional communication.




Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams when required.
Handle customer objections politely and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work under targets.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
