Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills and Communication Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs that improve learners’ communication, interpersonal, qualified, and workplace skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions on spoken English and effective communication.
Develop learners’ confidence, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
Train participants in interview skills, group discussions, and workplace communication.
Conduct sessions on soft skills such as teamwork, leadership, time management, problem-solving, and qualified etiquette.
Use interactive activities, role plays, discussions, presentations, and practical exercises.
Assess learners’ performance and provide constructive feedback.




Prepare training materials, activities, assessments, and lesson plans.
Monitor learner progress and maintain training records.
Customize training programs according to learner and organizational requirements.
Stay updated with current communication and employability-skills training methods.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid presentation and public-speaking abilities.
Good command of English.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
