TIBCO EBX Platform Support Lead

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced TIBCO EBX Platform Support Lead to lead enterprise EBX administration, production support, governance, release management, and operational stability across business-critical MDM environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead L2/L3 production support and administration of TIBCO EBX.
Manage Data Spaces, Data Sets, Workflows, and EBX platform configurations.
Handle incident, problem, and change management.
Own release coordination, deployment activities, and production stability.
Perform RCA and drive corrective/preventive actions.
Monitor platform performance and resolve production issues.
Coordinate with business, technical, and global stakeholders.
Lead and mentor the EBX support team.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational processes, and governance standards.

Candidate Profile:
7+ years of experience with strong TIBCO EBX/MDM exposure.
Hands-on experience in production EBX support and administration.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience leading support teams and working in a global support model.
Strong understanding of MDM, data governance, incident management, and release management.

Positive to Have:
TIBCO EBX Certified Professional
ITIL Certification
Enterprise MDM transformation experience.

Pay: ₹693,476.92 - ₹2,598,870.44 per year
