Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Telesales Executive & Back Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining products/services, following up with customers, maintaining accurate records, and providing day-to-day administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Telesales & Customer Support
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services, prices, and offers clearly.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Maintain records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.

Back Office & Data Management
Enter, update, and maintain customer and company data accurately.
Verify information and identify and correct discrepancies.
Maintain digital and physical records for easy access.




Prepare basic reports and provide information to internal teams.
Assist with order processing, documentation, and other administrative activities.
Coordinate with sales and other departments for smooth operations.
Handle confidential customer and company information responsibly.

Skills Required:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office/Excel.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with customers over the phone.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team.

Eligibility:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates should have basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.
