Responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and BI solutions while ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and manage Tableau-driven dashboards, analytics, and other BI solutions.
Perform data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
Review and improve existing systems, integrating recent systems as needed.
Conduct unit tests and develop database queries to analyze effects and troubleshoot issues.
Create tools and processes to store and manage organizational data efficiently.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Proven experience in developing and managing Tableau dashboards and analytics.
Experience in Tableau Server management and Tableau administration/architecture.
Knowledge of TabCMD commands.
Robust SQL skills and understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and normalization.
Proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables) and reporting/analysis tools.
Ability to query and visualize large datasets while optimizing workbook performance.
Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, BI, Information Systems, or related field.
