At BII, we work with corporate training programs, business insight solutions, and high-impact learning initiatives. We’re looking for a hungry, confident, and growth-driven Sales Consultant who’s ready to learn, sell, and succeed.

What you’ll be doing:
Drive revenue by selling corporate training and business insight solutions
Identify, qualify, and convert leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
Build solid relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, L&D; Heads, and senior leaders
Understand client challenges and recommend customized learning solutions
Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targetsCollaborate with marketing, content, and events teams
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports (Google Sheets)
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging insights
Actively contribute to individual and team success through tracking and improvement

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
