About the Role

We are looking for a target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate B2B leads, follow up with customers, qualify enquiries, and coordinate with the Field Sales and Technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and generate sales leads.
Follow up on enquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, MSME Mart, etc.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and orders.
Coordinate customer meetings with the Field Sales team.
Maintain lead/customer records in CRM and Excel.
Conduct WhatsApp and email follow-ups.




Achieve calling and follow-up targets.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in any discipline; Sales, Marketing, or Engineering preferred.
1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or B2B Lead Generation.
Freshers with valuable communication and convincing skills may also apply.
Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
Confident in cold calling and customer handling.
Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
B2B/industrial sales experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
