Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage transshipment cargo flow to ensure minimum dwell time and efficient vessel connections.
Plan and coordinate cargo routing through MSC network while optimizing capacity utilization.
Liaise with POL, POD, FNTE desks, capacity teams, and local operations for cargo movement and exception handling.
Monitor critical cargo (Reefer, DG/IMDG, OOG, BBK, UPC, GAC, etc.) and ensure timely follow-up.
Work on ITPS, Power BI, and other operational tools to maintain visibility and data quality.
Identify cargo-flow bottlenecks and propose routing or operational solutions.
Support vessel planning, transshipment reporting, and KPI monitoring.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.
Coordinate with regional and global transshipment teams on cargo-flow performance and process improvements.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in Shipping,



Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, vessel operations, planning, or transshipment activities.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of container shipping operations and cargo-flow management will be preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
