 We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in developing on the Zoho Creator platform or similar CRM development platforms in automating sales field funnel management, field governance,

payout management, training and retail management. As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience of our applications.

Key Responsibilities

 Design and implement intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for applications built on Zoho Creator or similar CRM platforms in automating sales field funnel management, field governance, payout management, training and retail management.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX designs.

 Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

 Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.





 Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across all applications.

 Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

 Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.

 Provide support and guidance on UI/UX best practices to other team members.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in developing on Zoho Creator or similar

CRM platforms.

 Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

 Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, best practices, and methodologies.

 Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.

 Robust portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and relevant project experience.

 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Robust communication and collaboration skills.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
