Education & Experience
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance).
Experience: 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in treasury, capital markets, or structured finance within an NBFC, bank, or rating agency.
Core Skills & Technical Knowledge
Regulatory Framework: Robust knowledge of RBI guidelines on securitization and direct assignment transactions.
Pool Operations: Ability to generate, analyze, and filter saleable asset pools based on specific criteria (DPD, ticket size, geography).
Financial Modeling: Expertise in cash flow modeling, pool performance analysis, and portfolio due diligence.
Software: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and PowerPoint for MIS reporting and presentations.
Stakeholder & Process Management
Liaising: Experience coordinating with banks, mutual funds, and financial institutions for funding proposals.
External Agencies: Regular interaction with credit rating agencies (like CRISIL, ICRA, India Ratings) during annual surveillance and data sharing.
Cross-unctional Coordination: Working alongside legal, IT, business, and collections teams to finalize loan agreements and manage NPA tracking.
