Telecaller
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective students, provide course information, and generate admissions leads.
Incentives for per student conversion

– Telecaller
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Explain courses, batches, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
Understand student requirements and guide them towards suitable courses.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
Maintain and update lead/call records.
Handle queries and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the admission/counselling team.

Qualities Required:
Excellent communication skills
Confident and persuasive personality
Positive Marathi, Hindi & English communication
Positive attitude and patience
Ability to handle calls and follow-ups
Basic computer knowledge
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
