Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Vice Principal with a robust science background to support the Principal in managing academic operations, staff coordination, student discipline, and overall school administration. The candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a passion for academic excellence and student development.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Principal in overall school administration and daily operations.
Supervise academic planning, curriculum implementation, and classroom management.
Monitor teaching standards and ensure quality education delivery.
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and management regarding student performance and school activities.
Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment within the school premises.
Conduct teacher evaluations, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Support in organizing examinations, practicals, events, and extracurricular activities.
Ensure compliance with education board guidelines and school policies.
Handle student counseling and resolve academic or behavioral concerns.
Prepare academic reports, schedules, timetables,



and documentation.
Promote creative teaching methods, especially in science education.
Assist in admissions, staff recruitment, and school development initiatives.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in teaching and school administration
Experience in CBSE/ICSE/State Board schools preferred
