We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Telecaller with at least 6 months of experience in Insurance and Health Sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
Explain insurance and health-related products and services.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Follow up with interested customers and address their queries.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Insurance Sales, Health Sales, or Telecalling Sales.
Robust communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
Minimum qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
