Earthful is a plant-based nutrition brand for women's health, backed by Fireside Ventures and V3 Ventures. Video is at the center of how we tell our story — across influencers, UGC, and product content — and we're looking for an editor who can take raw footage and AI-generated assets and turn them into scroll-stopping, on-brand videos at real volume, month after month.

Role Overview

This role owns end-to-end video editing for Earthful's content engine — 25+ videos a month across UGC, influencer, and AI-assisted product videos — plus quality control on another 15+ videos a month that come in from external editing agencies. You'll work closely with creators, agencies, and the performance marketing team to make sure every video that goes out is sharp, on-brief, and ready to perform.

What You'll Own

Video Editing (25+ videos/month)
Coordinate with creators ahead of the shoot — checking background, costume, props, and voice-over so raw footage comes in usable
Quality-check raw footage against the visual direction laid out in the script
Edit the full video from raw footage to final cut
Create 3 versions of each video with different hooks to test what lands
Adapt every version into 3 formats — portrait,



square, and landscape

Agency Feedback & QC (15+ videos/month)
Coordinate with external editing agencies end to end
Review edited versions, quality-check them, and give transparent, actionable feedback
Share finished videos with the performance marketing team so ads can go live

What We're Looking For
Strong hands-on video editing experience — comfortable cutting UGC, influencer content, and product videos
Working knowledge of AI-based video editing tools; familiarity with Claude Design and Higgsfield or Seedance is a strong plus
Able to produce AI-generated product videos and edit UGC content quickly, without compromising on quality
An eye for what makes a hook work in the first few seconds — you can tell a weak cut from a solid one
A robust sense of visual tone and mood — pacing, color, rhythm, and overall look — and the judgment to keep it consistent with the brand's aesthetic across every video
Comfortable managing volume — multiple videos, creators, and agencies in motion at the same time
Based in or willing to work in-office in Mumbai
