Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB/E3) Consultant with 610 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Revenue & Billing solutions. The role involves working closely with business teams to design and deliver revenue management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support projects of Oracle ORMB/E3
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
Configure rate plans, pricing, billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes
Work on billing lifecycle processes including invoice generation, payment processing, and collections
Design and support data migration and conversion activities
Develop and manage interfaces, integrations, and reporting
Collaborate with technical teams for custom development and enhancements
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support
Provide production support and issue resolution




Maintain documentation for configurations and processes

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of:
Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB / RMB / E3 platform)
Billing, pricing, and revenue lifecycle processes
Experience in
Configuration of rate schedules, pricing rules, and billing cycles
Customer billing, invoicing, and account management
Payment processing and collections modules
Knowledge of
Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
Data conversion and migration tools
Familiarity with
SQL and PL/SQL
Web services / APIs / integrations

Preferred Skills
Experience in Oracle Utilities suite (CC&B;, MDM, etc.)
Knowledge of E3 architecture and implementation frameworks
Exposure to cloud-based Oracle solutions
Experience in Agile delivery methodologies
Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Java preferred)
