About the Role:We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee customer project rollouts, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery of solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, and experienced in managing SaaS projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer project rollouts end-to-end
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope
Analyze and document customer requirements
Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and management
Track and report team progress using appropriate metrics
Implement project governance structures to ensure adherence to best practices and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Become a subject matter expert in Kennects products and communicate technical aspects, features,



and issues effectively
Requirements:1 to 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a SaaS setting
Strong experience in project coordination and customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
Proficiency in standard IT tools (Word, Excel) and solid interest in technology
Solution-oriented mindset with creativity and persistence
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure

Preferred:Experience in project management within NBFC, Banking, or Insurance sectors.Prior experience in Incentive Compensation Management is a robust advantage.
