We are seeking highly driven Telesales Agents for a high-intensity calling role. You will manage retail customers & insurance broker portfolios, build strategic relationships, and drive month-on-month revenue growth across crop, motor, health, and general insurance products.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Revenue: Execute high-volume sales calls to meet aggressive monthly targets.
Convert Leads: Call outbound marketing leads to close direct customer sales.
Manage Brokers: Own, nurture, and expand an assigned insurance portfolio.
Product Sales: Sell general insurance products including crop, motor, and health.
Build Relationships: Partner closely with brokers to consistently grow account value.

Experience: Proven track record in general insurance telesales (crop, motor, health & other general insurance products).

Experience in calling marketing leads and closing sales.
Broker Management: Solid history of driving revenue through broker portfolios.
Mindset: Highly driven, resilient, and comfortable in a high-intensity calling environment.
Skills: Revenue generation, Lead conversion, Relationship building, negotiation, retentions and excellent phone communication.
