This role goes beyond traditional SEO. You will own how users discover, engage with, and convert through searchacross Google, Bing, and emerging AIled experienceswhile adapting continuously to algorithm and behaviour shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute an organic growth strategy spanning SEO, AEO, and search experience optimisation (SXO)
Optimise content and digital assets for search engines, answer engines, featured snippets, and AI overviews
Stay ahead of Google, Bing, and AI search algorithm changes, translating updates into actionable strategy
Drive organic traffic with a robust focus on intent, engagement, and conversion, not just rankings
Design and optimise content systems (pillars, clusters, FAQs, comparison pages) aligned to buyer journeys
Collaborate with content, design, and engineering teams to ensure SEOfirst and UXaligned execution
Leverage tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and AIassisted workflows




Monitor performance, identify insights, and recommend improvements backed by data
Take ownership of outcomes and continuously improve organic visibility, authority, and trust

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of handson experience driving organic growth through SEO and digital marketing
Robust understanding of AEO, AIdriven search behaviour, and content structuring for discoverability
Proven exposure to adapting strategies around frequent algorithm and SERP changes
Solid grasp of technical SEO fundamentals, content optimisation, and performance analytics
Experience working with leading SEO and analytics tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA, etc.)
Ability to connect organic efforts to business outcomes such as leads, conversions, and brand authority
