Stonebranch role
Design and automate MFT workflows using Stonebranch Workload Automation, integration with service now, MFT platforms.
Develope and manage Stonebranch tasks, workflows, schedules, dependencies, and event-driven automation to streamline file transfer operations.
Integrate Stonebranch with databases, Snowflake, Databricks, and APIs, including secure token/credential handling and automated job execution.
Implemente monitoring, alerting, error handling, and retry mechanisms for critical MFT workflows, reducing manual intervention and improving SLA compliance.
Troubleshot production automation issues and optimized workflows, including job failures, agent connectivity, file-transfer delays, scheduling dependencies, and end-to-end MFT processing.
Experience in Python and powershell scripting.
Implemente AI-driven automation solutions to improve MFT operations, including intelligent monitoring, incident analysis, and automated troubleshooting of file-transfer workflows.

• Leverage Generative AI and automation frameworks to reduce manual effort, accelerate root-cause analysis, and improve operational efficiency across MFT and workload automation settings.
