Job Summary

We are looking for an accomplished and strategic IT leader to head the Information Technology function for a leading Asset Reconstruction Company (ARC).

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, Loan Management Systems (LMS), IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance within the BFSI/ARC domain.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
Drive enhancements to the Loan Management System (LMS), including legacy data migration and process automation.
Implement and manage Contact Center technologies (Dialer, CRM, IVR) and omnichannel communication platforms (WhatsApp, SMS & Email).
Oversee IT Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Data Centre Operations, Business Continuity (BCP), and Disaster Recovery (DR).
Ensure IT governance, cybersecurity, information security, and compliance with RBI guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Lead IT Service Management (ITIL), application support, vendor management, and enterprise technology operations.




Identify and implement automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
Manage technology budgets, IT projects, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile
15+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in the Asset Reconstruction (ARC) industry.
Robust leadership experience in BFSI/NBFC/Financial Services.
Proven expertise in enterprise IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
