Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and 7 QC Tools.
Knowledge of Poka-Yoke, Kaizen and CMM.
Knowledge of Supplier QA / Vendor QA and inward inspection.
Understanding of casting, forging and machining processes.
Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and their handling, such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges, Height Gauge, and other basic inspection instruments.
