Role Description The Workshop Supervisor is a full time role based in Ahmedabad (Kubadthal )responsible for
Candidates should possess robust Supervisory Skills and experience managing Workshops or technical teams.
Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills related to industrial equipment, ideally pumps and rotating machinery.





Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, pump operation, and industrial safety standards. Ability to read technical drawings, service manuals, and troubleshoot mechanical and minor electrical issues.

Knowledge of machined products and engineering components
Send drawings/products to vendors for machining
Explain machining requirements and specifications to vendors
Coordinate with vendors regarding job completion and delivery
Follow up regularly for pending machining jobs
Arrange collection of finished materials from vendors
Check received materials for quantity and basic dimensional requirements
Maintain vendor/job-work records and update status
Coordinate with workshop and production team
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Knowledge of measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, etc. is preferred
Good vendor communication and follow-up skills
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred; relevant workshop experience in pump or industrial manufacturing is highly beneficial.
