Job Title: Telecaller Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products or services, generate leads, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle incoming customer calls and resolve basic queries. Explain products, services, offers, and other relevant information. Generate leads and follow up with interested customers. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups. Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
