Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Voice Process Executives to join our team in Vijay Nagar, Indore. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer support, resolve customer queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Achieve individual and team performance targets.

RequirementsMinimum qualification:



12th Pass / Graduate.
Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Ability to work in a 9-hour shift schedule.
